I ate so horribly today. I was doing fine until dinner, which I just shouldn’t have even eaten. but we had mac and cheese which is a HUGE weakness for me. And then I had to go shopping for halloween costumes but that was a huge fail because obvious nothing’s going to look good on me so I am just not dressing up this year. I just got back from seeing It’s Kind of a Funny Story…and it’s led to me have an epiphany and giving me even more motivation to do this, to change. The past few weeks I’ve been incredibly stressed and lost control in every sense. I haven’t been eating as healthy as I would like. I haven’t been working out. I fell behind in all of my schoolwork. I’ve missed so many classes this week and now, here I am, up at 2am because I was going to go put signs on my littles doors but no one would go with me. My big was going to go with last night but she fell asleep and obviously the roommate can’t stop watching tv long enough to do anything. I'm so mad at myself...
I went downstairs to make a sandwich, which was great and brought up my day total to about 650 and I figured I’d end up eating some cereal later, since I’ll be up a long time, but then I saw the chocolate mousse left over from formal dinner and thought, oh yeah I’ll just have some, it can’t be that terrible. It’s like 1000 calories a bowl according to my iphone app....
slept for 7 hours today,
slept through lunch and dinner but NOW I’m either going to make a sandwich or go to subway, I can’t decide.
